Location:

The event will take place at a private vineyard in Windsor, CA
There will be only 150 guests in attendance, and it will be an intimate experience.

VIP Tickets entry starts at 5:30pm 
GA Tickets entry starts at 6pm 
The event will last until 10pm.
Please arrive at the proper time according to your ticket purchase.

Attire for the Event:
The venue is an inside and outside event. We suggest you check the weather before traveling to event. 
Business/Wine Country Casual attire is recommended and layers are encouraged as it can get chilly at sundown

Airports
The nearest airport is Santa Rosa Airport the next closest airport is San Francisco Airport and Oakland Airport which is 1:45 minutes away

Hotels
We have a partnership at the Hyatt Regency in Santa Rosa and they have provided a discount code for room rates if you would like to stay there https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/SONOM/G-M211. If you choose to stay elsewhere, both the towns of Healdsburg and Windsor are a little closer to the Event venue.

Transportation
We recommend getting a car service, taking the shuttle, or have a designated driver
Uber may not be easily available that time of night and location.
The country winery roads can be a challenge to navigate. 
Please designate a responsible driver should you decided to drive yourself.
 
Option # 1
 
We have partnered with a local shuttle company to offer the opportunity to ride in comfort and safety with the ability to purchase a ticket for a shuttle ride to and from the event for $60.00 round trip per person.  
 
This shuttle will transport you from the Hyatt Regency in Santa Rosa to the Venue in Windsor and back to the Hyatt Regency Hotel at the end of the evening. 
Pick up will start at 5pm and last until 6pm
At the end of the event, the shuttle will transport you back to the Hyatt Regency starting at 10pm until 11pm

Silent Auction:


Silent Auction will be available on-line 2 weeks before the event and in person at the event. All bidding is done through a digital platform directly from your cell phone so please pre-register your information before you arrive in order to expedite your entry to the event!

There will also be a live auction as well during the event so again please pre-register all of your guests beforehand. All guests will receive a bidding number upon entry but must be pre-registered to bid in both silent and live auction.

Dietary: 
Due to the complex nature of the event and multiple courses offered, it will be difficult to address dietary restrictions. If you do have any food allergies, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate where we can. Also, chefs will try to provide a vegetarian option when available.
